摘　　要：读者决策采购是美国正在快速发展的一种高效图书采购体系。文章分析了读者决策采购的特点、实施条件和面临的问题,结合国内情况分析和信息选择的相关研究,提出基于读者决策采购启发的具体可操作建议。Patron-driven acquisitions （a.k.a. PDA or DDA） is a fast developing acquisition system in the United States. This article briefly analyzes the characteristics, conditions and problems of PDA, and, based on the domestic researches on situational analysis and information choice, puts forward new proposals by drawing inspirations from PDA.
