摘 要:采用简化双碱法制备K2FeO4,以NaOH代替了部分KOH,省去了除杂、干燥程序,降低了制备的成本,克服了难以大规模制备、储运的弱点。将简化法制备的K2FeO4用于处理印染厂废水,pH为6~9,投加35 mg/L的K2FeO4和4 mg/L的PAM,可以达到较好的处理效果,其中色度、SS去除率超过95%,COD、BOD5去除率超过60%,同时提高了废水的可生化性。KzFeO4 has been prepared by a simplified method-dual alkali process. Using NaOH for replacing part of KOH can be free from cleaning and drying procedures,lower the preparation cost and overcome the diffieuhies of large-scale production, storing and transportation. The K2FeO4 prepared by simplified method can be applied to the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. When pH is 6-9, and K2FeO4 35 mg/L, polyacrylamide (PAM) 4 mg/L, higher treatment efficiency can be obtained ,by which the removing rates of chroma and SS are above 95% ,respectively, and removing rates of COD and BOD5 are above 60%, respectively. The biodegradability of printing and dye- ing wastewater is improved greatly as well, after the treatment.
