摘　　要：在传统中国社会中,盐的问题关系国计民生,历来备受朝廷重视。但其重要性并未在当今的盐史研究中得以充分呈现,以往的中国盐史研究受制于时代和学术背景,侧重于国家层面的政治史、制度史的研究。本文认为,中国盐史研究也要在当今历史学的发展脉络下,超越既往范式,引入社会史的视角,重视区域研究,将其放回所在的历史脉络之中,结合历史人类学"现场感"体验与民间文献结合的旨趣,考察制度运作与地域社会文化的结构过程,才能达到深化盐史研究,真正体现盐在历史时期重要性的目的。In the Chinese society,salt issue had always been valued by the central government,however,it fails to get due attention in the current salt history researches.The previous researches only focused on its political history and institutional history due to the restriction of the age and academic background.This paper believes that the research of Chinese salt history should be carried out in the context of the development of present history study and through the lens of social history.Attention should be given to the regional study.With the help of the on-the-scene experience in historical anthropology and the folk literatures,we can exam the operation of the institution and local socio-cultural structure in order to deepen the salt history research and truly reveal the value of salt in varied period of time./r/n
