摘 要:对二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(简称DMDAAC)合成工艺研究进展进行了综述。基于DMDAAC的结构与性质,从合成反应基本历程及代表性制备工艺方法出发,详细介绍了其国内外研究工作的发展历史与现状。重点陈述了DMDAAC单体中所含杂质的形成、分析以及控制方法等的研究工作进展,指出了已有研究工作的特色与不足,对未来高纯工业DMDAAC单体合成工艺研究及相关工作提出若干建议。The research progress in the synthesis or preparation of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) is reviewed in this paper. Starting from the introduction of the structure and properties of DMDAAC, the history and current situation of representative synthetic processes of DMDAAC were summarized in detail based on the reaction mechanism and typical preparation methods. The research into the impurities in DMDAAC product was highlighted in particular. Some features of the present research work were pointed out, and some suggestions for further research into DMDAAC monomer product with high purity were proposed.
