摘 要:为简便快捷地评价矸石山的自燃危险性并实施有效的防治措施,以煤矸石的自燃倾向性、漏风供氧、聚热散热和外界条件为指标建立了矸石山自燃危险性评价指标体系,运用该指标体系对白家庄矿矸石山的自燃危险性进行了评价。结果表明,该矸石山自燃危险性高,为易自燃矸石山,采用红外热成像技术和钻孔测温相结合的方法对矸石山进行了火源探测,进而采取覆盖剥离、注浆灭火和注浆封堵相结合的措施对其进行治理。通过治理,矸石山内部温度从390℃降到80℃以下,达到了相关规范的要求。In order to easily and rapidly evaluate the spontaneous combustion danger of the coal gangue and to implement the effective pre- vention, the spontaneous combustion evaluation index system of coal gangue was established with the coal gangue spontaneous combustion tendency, air leakage and oxygen supply, heat gathering and radiating and external conditions as the indexes.The index system was applied to evaluatie the spontaneous combustion danger of the coal gangue in Baijiazhuang Mine.The results showed that the spontaneous combus- tion danger of the coal gangue was high and was an easy spontaneous combustion gangue.A method combined with an infrared thermal ima- ging technology and borehole thermometry technology was applied to the fire source detection of the gangue and the fire sources would be controlled with the overburden striping, grouting fire extinguishing and grouting sealing.With the technical control, the inner temperature of the gangue was reduced from 390℃ to 80℃ below and meet the requirements of the related standards.
