摘　　要：在当今信息社会,解决弱势群体的信息获取保障问题已是刻不容缓之事。文章基于对农民工、下岗工人、空巢老人、少年儿童和残疾人这5类弱势群体的信息需求调查,分析了确立弱势群体信息获取保障范围和内容的意义和影响因素,针对各类弱势群体的信息需求,全面、系统地提出了相应的信息获取保障范围和内容。In the present information society, helping the disadvantaged groups to solve the problem in guaranteeing information acquisition is an urgent matter. Based on the survey of the information needs of the migrant workers, laid-off workers, empty nest elderly people, young children and disable people, this paper analyzes the significance and influencing factors of the guaranteed scope and content of information acquisition by the disadvantaged groups. Finally, the paper puts forward the guaranteed scope and content of information acquisition comprehensively and systematically in accordance with the information needs of the different types of disadvantaged groups.
