摘　　要：近30年来的建设历程为我国大学特色数据库的发展奠定了较好的基础,相关理论研究持续受到业界与学界的关注,但其研究深度、广度有待进一步拓展;特色数据库建设面临诸多困境,需要在建设意义、用户分析、质量评价和产业政策等方面研究制定相应的战略举措。The construction process in the past 30 years has laid a good foundation for the development of the university special database in China, and the relevant theoretical research has received sustained attention in the business and academic circles, however its research depth and width need to he further developed. The construction of the special database is confronted with many difficulties, so it＇s necessary to study and formulate corresponding strategies in the aspects of construction significance, user analysis, quality evaluation and industrial policy.
