摘　　要：借鉴企业绩效管理的理念与方法,比较高校图书馆和公共图书馆实施绩效管理的差异,剖析两者不同的管理模式,以此为基础,探讨适合两者实施的绩效管理模式。Using the reference of the ideas and methods of performance management system in enterprises,this essay compares the difference in the implementation of performance management between university libraries and public libraries,analyzes the different management modes between the two,and discusses the performance management modes suitable for implementation.
