摘　　要：近年来,广州市公共图书馆的外来工服务工作取得了一定的成绩,但在促进外来工融入城市方面尚存在不足。建议制定公共图书馆为外来工服务的地方性政策,树立公共图书馆为外来工融入城市服务的理念,成立专门为外来工服务的部门,进一步完善服务网络布局,加强外来工融入城市相关信息资源的建设、开发与服务,促进外来工的城市融入。In recent years,the public libraries in Guangzhou has made some achievements in the services for migrant workers.However,it also needs improvements in some aspects,such as developing local policies for public libraries providing services for migrant workers,establishing the concept of public libraries serving for migrant workers＇ city integration,setting up a special service department for migrant workers,improving the service network,strengthening the construction,development and service of the information resources about migrant workers＇ city integration,promoting migrant workers to integrate into city.
