话语分析——森林政策分析的新视角

摘　　要：对话语分析理论及其内涵进行了归纳,运用话语分析理论分析了最近40年来森林领域出现的新话语,选取话语、联盟、规则及权力关系四个因素进行分析。通过分析,发现四者之间存在相互关系。由于观念改变引起话语变化,话语的变化会产生新的联盟,新的联盟、新的规则等反映在森林政策安排的基础上,显示着话语的变化。The article summarized discourse analysis theory from four perspectives. It used discourse theory analysis a new area of the forest in recent forty years, and selected four variables including discourse, union, rules and power relations. Through the analysis, it found that there is a mutual relationship between the four, and the new discourse developed new social forest practice. The discursive change affecting the forestpolicy changes; new alliance, new rules reflected in the forest policy and showed significant discourse change.
