摘　　要：借助供应商代管库存思想,提出处理中心代管库存(center managed inventory,CMI)的新的库存管理模式。在这种新的管理思想下,利用系统动力学的方法对两种库存管理模式的运作机制及结构进行分析,并分别描述了这两种模式的系统行为模式,刻画其整体运作情况。利用Vensim软件对两种模式的系统动力学模型进行仿真,通过仿真结果的比较与分析,确定新的库存管理模式的优越之处及其敏感参数,并利用库存成本、库存周转率两个指标对这两种管理模式进行绩效评估。A new inventory management mode - center managed inventory （CMI） is put forward according to the vender managed inventory （VMI）. The management mode, operation mechanic and structure of CMI and VMI are analyzed with dynamic system. Furthermore, the system behavior and operation mode are described. Then comparing the emulational results of the two dynamic system models with Vensim, the advantage and sensitive parameters of new inventory management mode are identified. Finally, inventory cost and inventory turnover are used to evaluate the two management modes.
