摘　　要：在综合国内外现有的研究成果基础上,分别从发展现状、生产工艺技术、法律法规、管理宣传、发展前景五个方面对生物质环保餐具进行了综合分析,并对其中存在的问题进行了总结,提出了一些改进措施,旨在促进我国生物质环保餐具的发展。Based on the summary of research results at home and abroad, this paper made a comprehensive analysis to biomass tableware from five aspects respectively： present situation、 existing process and technology, laws and regulations, management and promotion, prospect, and a conclusion to its problem. Apart from these, this paper also put forward some improvement measures to promote the development of biomass tableware in our country.
