摘　　要：2005年建成投产的莱钢大H型钢生产线采用了国内领先的自动控制系统,本文将以精整区域九辊辊式矫直机为例,详细介绍基于FM458的高速动态响应系统,基于SOCKET套接字的以太网物料跟踪系统,及如何结合机械补偿原理、同步原理、矫直机液压辊缝调节、液压辊缝倾斜等,实现APC功能。Laiwu Steel H steel production line put into operation in 2005 and adopted the domestic leading automatic control system, this paper will take the finishing area nine roller straightening machine for example, introduces the high-speed dynamic response based on FM458 system, the Ethernet material tracking system based on SOCKET, and how to combine the mechanical compensation principle, the synchronization principle, straightening machine hydraulic roll gap adjustment, hydraulic roll gap tilt, to realize APC function.
