摘　　要：利用平凸透镜和平面玻璃镜的组合装置,构造102 nm量级的空气薄层,利用等厚干涉实验测量了倏逝波的贯穿深度.The air film of 10^2 nm order was realized using a combination of piano-convex lens and plane mirror, and the penetration depth of evanescent wave was measured based on equal-thickness in-terference experiment.
