摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育是高校教育中不可或缺的一个重要组成部分,随着时代的变迁,"鸟巢一代"成为高校的主要群体,因而熟知"鸟巢一代"的主要特征,高校思想政治工作必然需要随着工作对象的发展变化而发生转变。College students＇ ideological and political education is an indispensable important component in college education.With the changes of the times,＂bird＇s nest generation＂ become the major group in university,and thus the main features ＂bird＇s nest generation＂ should be known and college ideological and political work inevitably needs to change with the development and change of work subject.
