摘　　要：分别从人员的互动、文化的互动、资源的互动等方面,对高职体育与企业体育融合互动的理论进行分析,并对如何加强高职体育与企业体育融合互动提出了两点建议,以期能够引起相关企业与学校的重视,使学校体育与企业体育互相促进,互相提高。This article,from staff interaction,cultural interaction,the interaction of resources,makes theoretical analysis of higher vocational sports and enterprise sports integration and interaction,and makes two proposals on how to strengthen higher vocational sports and enterprise sports integration and interaction,in order to arouse the attention of related enterprises and schools and to make school sports and enterprise sports promote each other and enhance each other.
