摘　　要：介绍胡建华教授辨治精神和神经系统疾病的临床经验。根据胡老精神系统疾病从心论治、神经系统疾病从肝论治的理论;失眠症治以养心安神、化痰定志,癫痫治以平肝熄风、豁痰定痫,血管性头痛治以平肝潜阳、活血通络,颤病治以滋补肝肾、通络解毒。This paper introduces Professor Hu＇ s experience in differentiating and treating mental and nervous system diseases. It views that mental disease can be treated from heart; nervous system disease can be treated from liver; insomnia should be treated by nourishing heart to tranquilize mind, removing phlegm to tranquilize spirit; epilepsy by soothing liver to extinguish wind and removing phlegm; vascular headache by soothing liver to tranquilize liver-yang and promoting blood circulation to dredge collaterals; Parkinson＇ s disease by nourishing liver and kidney, dredging collaterals to detoxify.
