摘　　要：介绍戴德英教授治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床经验。认为瘀热互结为本病的基本病机,临证应辨病与辨证相结合,立清热化瘀法,以红藤方为主方,内外合治。并附验案1则。This paper introduces Professor Dai＇ s clinical experience with endometriosis. It is argued that the pathogenesis of endometriosis is mixture of blood stasis and heat. It puts fro＇ward that disease differentiation should be combined with syndrome differentiation, and clearing heat and removing stagnation method should be used for the treatment. ＂Hongteng Prescription＂ can be applied externally and internally. One proven case is presented.
