摘　　要：目的观察柏氏健脾润肠汤治疗老年便秘的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组(每组50例),分别予柏氏健脾润肠汤和麻仁软胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为28天,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为88.0%、70.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柏氏健脾润肠汤可有效用于治疗老年便秘。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ＂Baishi Jianpi Runehang Decoction＂ in treating senile constipation. Methods One hundred cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 50 cases were treated by ＂Baishi Jianpi Runchang Decoction＂ and control group in which 50 cases were treated by ＂Maren Capsule＂, with the course of 28 days. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The overall effective rate was 88.0% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Baishi Jianpi Runchang Decoction＂ has positive effect on senile constipation.
