加味黄连温胆汤治疗痰瘀交阻型慢性失眠疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味黄连温胆汤治疗痰瘀交阻型慢性失眠的临床疗效。方法将140例痰瘀交阻型慢性失眠患者随机分为两组;治疗组70例予以黄连温胆汤加味治疗,对照组70例予以艾司唑仑片治疗,疗程4周。结果治疗组的近期疗效和远期疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组心烦、胸闷等主要症状缓解均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论加味黄连温胆汤治疗痰瘀交阻型慢性失眠疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the curative effects of modified ＂Huanglian Wendan Decoction＂ on chronic insomnia of phlegm and blood-stasis accumulation. Methods One hundred and forty subjects were randomly divided into two groups ： treatment group in which 70 cases were treated with modified ＂ Huanglian Wendan Decoction＂ and control group in which 70 cases were treated with Estazolam, with a course of four weeks. Results The long-term and short-term effects were better in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; such cardinal symptoms as vexation and chest stuffiness were improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Modified ＂ Huanglian Wendan Decoction＂ is quite effective for chrtmic insomnia of phlegm and blood-stasis accumulation.
