摘 要:针对城市供水方案优选的多目标决策问题,采用密切值法构造评价模型。考虑到传统密切值法使用欧氏距离法的局限和权重计算的主观性,对其计算方法进行了改进。直接利用各项指标所包含的信息,采用变异系数赋权法客观赋权,建立了改进密切值法综合评价模型。将该模型应用于郑州市引黄供水方案的综合评价优选中,结果表明,该模型概念明确,计算简便,评价结果可靠,可用于供水方案的优选。In view of the multi - objective decision making of urban water supply scheme optimization, the osculating value method was adopted to establish an evaluation model. In consideration of the deficiencies of Euclidean distance and the subjectiv- ity of weight calculation in the traditional osculating value method, the calculation method was improved. By directly using the in- formation contained in every index, the weight of each evaluation index was determined by variation coefficient method. There- fore, the comprehensive evaluation model based on improved osculating value method was built. The model was applied in the scheme optimization of water supply from Yellow River to Zhengzhou City. The results show that the model has the advantages such as clear concept, easy calculation and reliable computation results, so the model is effective and feasible for optimization of water supply schemes.
