摘  要:为了降低新型电液比例阀的检测费用,提高液压系统可靠性,给设备的检修和维护提供可靠的技术保障,针对新型电液比例阀的性能检测问题,研究其静态及动态特性的测试方法,设计计算机测试系统,开发相应的性能测试软件。应用情况表明:所开发的系统提高了新型电液比例阀的利用率和可靠性,解决了该类电液比例阀难以维修的难题。To decrease the testing charge of new electro-hydraulic proportional valve and improve the reliability of hydraulic system, the performance testing problem was researched for providing reliable technical support for the repair and maintenance of the de- vice. The measuring approaches of the static and dynamic characteristics of the new electro-hydraulic proportional valve were pro- posed, the computer testing system was designed and the performance testing software was developed. The application results show that using the developed system, the equipment utilization and reliability are improved, the repair difficulty of such valves is solved.
