摘 要:综述了国内外计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)在膜生物反应器(Membrane Bioreactor,MBR)研究中的应用进展,介绍了与活性污泥模型(Activated sludgemodel,ASM)相结合的ASM-CFD模型在MBR研究中的应用状况.曝气优化,膜组件、膜单元及生物单元结构的优化是目前基于CFD的MBR模拟研究重点.国外CFD模拟研究较早,模拟规模已高达4800m^3/d.与之相比,我国开展MBR的CFD模拟研究起步较晚,目前仍处在小试规模的模拟阶段.ASM-CFD模拟已在常规活性污泥法污水处理研究中得到了成功应用,预期其在MBR的研究、设计与应用中有望成为一个新热点和方向.Simulation and optimization of membrane bioreactor (MBR) by computational fluid dynamics (CFD), including the key issues and development of CFD, were thoroughly reviewed in this paper. Notably, the combined model of activated sludge model (ASM) and CFD as well as its application to MBR simulation was introduced. It should be noted that most of CFD simulations for MBR were carried out on optimizing aeration conditions, configuration of membrane modules, membrane units and bioreactor. Compared with this research area abroad, the study of CFD simulation for MBR in China is in the beginning stage, For example, compared with the maximum scale of MBR simulated by CFD is 4 800 m^3/d abroad, whereas that in China was still in the lab scale. Based on the successful application of ASM-CFD to the simulation of conventional activated sludge process, it will become a hot topic forMBR simulation, design and application by the ASM-CFD model in the near future.
