摘　　要：挤压工艺不同,零件的内部应力应变也会不同。所以在设计冷挤压时,减少成形压力,提高模具寿命是我们设计时应考虑的重要因素。这里我们将讨论模具留余孔和不留余孔设计时,比较冷挤压零件的不同应力应变及其他一些参数,以便选择最佳冷挤压设计方法。With the different process of cold extrusion, the internal stress-strain of the parts will different, So, it is very important to us to reduce the forming pressure and improve the mould life , when design of cold extrusion. In this pa- per, mould（ with hole or without hole） will be discussed, and the different stress- strain of the cold extrusion parts and other parameters will be compared. Last, the best design of cold extrusion forming will be concluded.
