摘　　要：采用文献资料法和系统工程分析法,通过政策导向评估、能效评估、利用与投资强度评估、环境影响评估、开发效果评估等建立规划后评估体系,全面分析和掌握产业用地的实施情况和效益情况,以促进用地节约集约的长效管理,为产业用地的相关措施出台提供依据。This paper uses the methods of documentation and systematic engineering and constructs an evaluation system for post-evaluation of industrial land through of policy orientation evaluation, efficiency evaluation, utilization and investment intensity assessment, environmental impact assessment, and development effect evaluation, does a comprehensive analysis of and grasps the implementation and the benefit of industrial land, for the purpose of promoting the long-term management of intensive and economical land use and providing evidence for taking the relevant measures.
