摘　　要：成果转化需要完成成果定型过程,即设计定型和生产定型。使海洋高新成果脱离实验室,走进生产车间,迈向市场,创造经济效益。国家从20世纪80年代开始设立了科技计划体系,支持高新技术研究与成果转化。但是,存在科研人员随意更新、原材料元器件的采购不固定、组装调试都在实验室完成,工艺未得到验证等问题。分析了成果转化中的关键制约因素,阐述了海洋高新技术成果转化过程中标准化工作的方针、作用,介绍了成果转化过程中应开展的设计标准化、工艺标准化等内容。Achievements conversion needs the design finalization and production definition, which is important for ocean high technology achievements to separate from laboratory and go to workshop, thus step to the market and create economic effect. Our Country has set up several science and technology plans to support high technology research and achievements conversion since the 1980s. However, there were many problems including the researchers renewed design at will, purchased raw material from different shops, assembled in the separate laboratory, without verification process and so on. The key factors of achievements conversion were analyzed. The guiding principle and action of standardization works on ocean high technology achievements conversion was expatiated. The standardization works on design and process that should be carried out were introduced finally.
