摘　　要：公路运输中,车辆由于行驶状态的改变,会产生各种不同的作用力于货物上,装载安全的目的就是为了抵抗这些作用力,防止货物滑动、掉落或滚动。通过对目前公路运输货物种类划分的研究,确定了我国公路运输货物的种类,通过对货运过程的分析,剖析货物装载环节中影响货运安全的因素,依据重点突出公路运输货物的种类的原则,确定道路货物运输装载安全标准体系框架,编制道路货物运输装载安全标准体系表,并提出标准体系的实施措施。In highway transportation, the vehicle can make sorts of forces on cargo because of the change of vehicle＇s running state. Loading securement will prevent cargo from slipping, falling and rolling by counteracting these forces. This paper ascertains cargo kinds of highway transportation in China by making study on the class of cargo in highway transportation at present. This paper analyzes the factors effecting cargo safety in loading openation by analyzing course of cargo transportation. According to the rule of emphasizing cargo kinds, this paper confirms frame of cargo loading securement standard system, then compiles table of cargo loading safety standard system in highway transportation and offers measures to bring standard system into effect.
