摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的不断深入,职业发展教育成为新时期大学学风建设的一个应然命题。职业发展教育与大学学风建设具有内在关联性,职业发展教育丰富了大学学风建设的内涵。以大学生职业发展教育为切入点推进学风建设,是新时期提升大学学风建设实效性的有效途径和动力引擎。动力系统是探究学风建设与大学生职业发展教育有效整合的路径。With the deepening reform of the higher education, Career Development Education （CDE） becomes a high prop- osition of The Construction of Study Style （CSS）. CDE and the study style have intrinsic relationship. CDE, as an entry point to boost the CSS, is a good approach and dynamic engine to enhance the effectiveness of CSS. The building of dynamical system will be proved to be an effective way to integrate the CSS and CDE.
