摘  要:针对铅碲渣的特点及成分,提出了碱浸-水洗-酸浸两段浸出工艺,考察了碱浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固比等因素对铅碲渣浸出率的影响。结果表明,最佳碱浸条件为:碱浓度100g/L、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间4h、液固比10∶1,碲浸出率达到88.80%;最佳酸浸条件为:盐酸浓度2.5mol/L、浸出温度75℃、浸出时间4h、液固比5∶1,碲的总浸出率达到了98.9%。Based on the character and composition of lead-tellurium slag, the two-stage leaching process was applied of alkaline leaching-washing-acid leaching. Influences of alkali concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time and liquid to solid ratio were investigated on the leaching rate of lead-tellurium slag. The re-sults show that the optimum alkaline leaching conditions are sodium hydroxide concentration of 100 g/L, leaching temperature of 90 ℃ ,leaching time of 4 h and liquid to solid ration of 10 : 1. Under the above con-ditions, tellurium leaching rate is 88.80 %. The optimum acid leaching conditions are as follows:hydrochlo-ric acid concentration of 2.5 mol/L,leaching temperature of 75 ℃ ,leaching time of 4 h,and liquid to solid ratio of 5 : 1 ,and the total tellurium leaching rate is 98.9%.
