摘　　要：介绍了CeO2抛光粉粒度的测定方法,综述了该抛光粉粒度对抛光效果的影响及其数学模型的研究进展,并指出了该抛光粉在抛光应用中存在的问题及未来的研究方向。The measurement methods are introduced for particle size of CeO2 polishing powders. Research progress are reviewed on the influences of the particle size on polishing process and the related mathemati-cal models. Meanwhile, the existing problems and future research direction of CeOz polishing are pointed out.
