摘  要:研究了固溶时效处理对触变成形AZ91D镁合金组织演变的影响以及合金组织与力学性能之间的关系。结果表明:固溶时效处理对AZ91D镁合金的显微组织有明显的影响,时效一定时间后析出相连成片状分布于晶界;合金具有明显的时效硬化特征,经固溶时效处理16h后合金的抗拉强度为210 MPa,屈服强度为147 MPa,硬度为HV66,分别比铸态时的提高了98MPa、65MPa和HV10;铸态合金的拉伸断口为沿晶断裂,而固溶时效处理后合金呈现沿晶断裂和解理断裂混合型断口,且解理断裂特征明显。The effects of solution and aging on microstructure evolution of thixoformed AZglD magnesium alloy were studied as well as relation between alloy microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that solution and aging treatment have a significant impact on microstructure of the alloy. The pre-cipitated phase is distributed at the grain boundaries in the form of flake after a certain time of aging. The alloy has obvious age-hardening characteristics. After solution and aging for 16 h, tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of the alloy are 210 MPa, 147 MPa and HV66,respectively, 98 MPa, 65 MPa and HV10 higher than those of the cast alloy. The cast alloy presents intergranular fracture,transformed into intergranular-cleavage mixed fracture of obvious cleavage fracture characteristics after solution and aging.
