摘 要:目的观察加强糖尿病教育后患者的血糖达标情况。方法选取85例门诊2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(41例)和教育组(44例),前者根据病史特点使用降糖方案治疗及调整,教育组在前者的基础上参加规范性健康教育,时间6个月,观察两组FBG,P2hBG,HbA1c,BMI的变化。结果两组FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c、BMI均下降,教育组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教育组和治疗组的FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c达标率分别为(54.5%和31.7%)、(36.4%和17.1%)、(43.2%和22%),教育组与对照组比较,教育组率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强糖尿病教育,使患者正确认识糖尿病及相关知识,利于血糖控制达标。Objective To observe the situation of standard achievement of patients after enhanced diabetes education. Methods 85 pa- tients of type 2 diabetes were randomly assigned into the reference group(41 patients)and the education group(44 patients). The mem- bers of the former group had undertaken therapy and regulation with glucose-lowering strategy according to the disease history, while the members of the education group added regular health education;the variations of fasting blood glucose (FBG) ,2-hour postprandial blood sugar( P2hBG), glycosylated hemoglobin( HbA1 c)and body mass index(BMI) had been observed for 6 months. Results FBG,P2hBG, HbA1 c and BMI were decreased for both two groups, wherein the education group was better than the reference group, and the differences had statistical significance( P 〈 0.05 ). For the education group and the reference group respectively, the standard achievement ratios of FBG,P2hBG, HbAlc were 54.5%/31.7% ,36.4%/17.1% and 43.2%/22% ;compared with the reference group,the education group had higher ratio of the standard achievement, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Strengthening diabetes education can help patients understand the diabetes and related knowledge exactly, and facilitate the standard achievement of blood sugar.
