“佳佳乐援贫助教”对财务管理专业实习的启示

摘　　要：为提高财务管理专业大学生的专业技能,专业实习受到越来越多的重视,然而,当前的专业实习实施过程往往流于形式,很难达到预期目标。佳佳乐援贫助教事业部对其学员半工半读的过程管理为财管专业大学生专业实习的开展提供了很好的借鉴。In order to improve the professional skills of financial management majors, more and more attention have been paid to professional internship or specialty practice on the part of students. However, the current implementa- tion of specialty practice at universities often turns out to be a mere formality, which makes it difficult to achieve the desired goals. The process management approach to assisting its work-study trainees by the ＇Jia Jia Le Financial Aid and Volunteer Teaching Program＇ can provide some sort of salutary inspirations for the lunching of specialty practice programs for college students majoring in financial management.
