摘 要:统一潮流控制器(UPFC)在电力系统发生故障时,其串联变换器易承受系统高电压与大电流的冲击而损坏。为了解决该问题,提出了一种采用饱和变压器耦合新型固态限流器的限流式UPFC拓扑。此拓扑由UPFC模块与限流器模块通过串联饱和变压器连接而成,正常运行时,UPFC模块实现常规优化控制功能并可动态补偿固态限流器所引起的压降;故障情况时,SSFCL模块呈现高阻抗状态限制系统及流入UPFC串联侧变换器的短路电流。该拓扑中串联饱和变压器的应用降低了SS-FCL侧整流桥的电压等级与容量,并将系统短路电流限制到设定值范围内,保证继电保护动作后可靠跳开故障回路断路器。最后通过100V/3kVA小样机试验证明此新型UPFC拓扑的正确性和可靠性。With short circuit fault occurrence in power systems, the series converter of unified power flow controller (UPFC) may be damaged because of bearing high voltage and large current. To solve the above problem a novel topology is presented. UPFC with transformer coupling novel SSFCL is connected through saturated coupling transformer. In the normal working state, UPFC module controls power-flow and voltage as well as dynamically compensates the voltage drop caused by solid-state current limiter. In the short-circuit state, the large-impedance SSFCL protects UPFC against system high voltage and short-circuit current. With the implementation of the saturated coupling transformer in SSFCL module, the lowered SSFCL volume cost is realized, in the meantime the short-circuit current is limited to the setting range of the protective relays which guarantees the short-circuit breaker tripped-off reliably. Experimental results are obtained based on the 100 V/3 kVA prototype to verify the interaction analysis and coordinated control of UPFC-FCL
