我国竞技篮球教练员人才资源现状与开发对策研究

摘　　要：竞技篮球教练员人才是引领篮球运动项目发展的重要人力资源。文章运用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈等方法,对我国竞技篮球教练员人才资源的区域分布、年龄结构、文化程度、技术等级等方面的基本现状进行研究。结果认为:我国竞技篮球教练员人才资源区域分布不均衡;教练员人才年龄比例结构不合理;教练员人才文化程度比例差异突出;教练员人才高级技术等级相对缺乏,并从4个方面提出开发对策。Competitive basketball coaches are important human resources in the development of basketball in Chi-na. By using such research methods as literature sear-ches, statistics, expert interviews, this paper studies the status quo of Chinese competitive basketball coaching re-sources, particularly, their regional distribution, age structure, educational backgrounds, and technical ranks. Problems are found to be existing in many aspects： an un-even distribution of the coaching resources; a dispropor-tionate age structure; a big difference in the education that the coaches received; a shortage of coaches with sen-ior technical titles. Countermeasures are offered.
