摘  要:从广州市天河妇幼保健院通过调查问卷形式最后选取30名孕期4个月的妇女,之后随机选取15名作为试验对象,另15名定为本研究的对照组。对受试组孕妇进行为期12周(3个孕月)、每周2次中低强度水中健身操课程,实验后将受试组与对照组(随机选取的另15名的妊娠期为4个月的孕妇)的身体各项指标进行比较分析。其结果表明:通过水中健身运动可以有效平衡妊娠期妇女体内各种组成成分的百分比,提高其心肺功能,增加髋关节的柔韧性,减少妊娠期糖代谢异常情况出现几率。30 women of 4 months' pregnancy was selected through questionnaire from Guangzhou Tianhe Maternal and Child Care Service Centre, 15 of whom was randomly selected for the trial, another 15 as the study's control group. Test group of pregnant women took a low-intensity water aerobics course 2 times a week in for a period of 12 weeks. A comparative analysis was made on the various body indexes of the two groups. The results showed that: through water exercise, The percentage of the components of the body of the pregnant women can be effectively bal-anced and heart and lung function can be enhanced; the flexibility of the hip is increased, the chances of irregular glucose metabolism during pregnancy is reduced.
