创新网络发展的政府驱动研究──基于无锡市物联网产业发展的案例分析

摘　　要：创新日趋成为促进企业、区域乃至国家竞争力的重要手段。建立创新网络是提高我国自主创新能力的需要,是推动产业优化升级的根本保证,是推动中国经济跨越式发展的重要途径。无锡市物联网产业的发展就是利用了创新网络的巨大优势,其成功得益于市政府的高瞻远瞩、超前规划,及其为物联网发展所营造的良好发展环境,但其进一步发展存在技术标准体系和创新网络体系缺乏等问题。文章分析无锡物联网产业发展的成功经验,旨在提出一些有利于政府对我国创新网络驱动的政策与措施建议。Innovation has increasingly become an important means of promoting corporate, regional and nation- al competitiveness. In order to improve its capacity for independent innovation, it is essential for China to es- tablish innovative network, which can not only propel its industrial upgrading but also promote great-leap-for- ward development of its economy. The internet of things industry development in Wuxi City is a good example of taking advantage of innovation network. Its success results from the foresight of its municipal government, planning ahead and favorable development environment. However, there still exist such problems as lack of system of technical standards and system of innovative network for its further development. This paper analyzes successful experiences of Wuxi internet of things industry development, aiming to propose some suggestions on government＇s drive in innovative network development.
