Meta分析文献的统计方法质量评价

摘　　要：目的评价2006～2010年发表在中华医学会期刊数据库的Meta分析文章统计方法运用情况。方法检索万方医药期刊数据库子库———中华医学会期刊数据库,检索时间限定为2006年1月～2010年12月,查找Meta分析的中文文献,以自行编制的"Meta分析统计方法质量评价表"为标准,对入选的文献进行统计方法质量评价。结果共纳入71种期刊、214篇文献,86.61%的文献正确地进行了异质性检验,其中仅有54.62%的文章进行了异质性原因分析;有60篇(28.04%)文章数据合并不合理,19篇(8.88%)根据已有信息无法判断数据合并是否合理;有90篇(42.06%)未进行发表偏倚检验,109篇(50.93%)未进行敏感性分析。多重对应分析结果显示:无项目资助且作者来自医院的Meta分析文章入选文献较少,这样更容易出现未进行发表偏倚的检验、忽略敏感性分析等问题。结论中华医学会期刊数据库收录Meta分析文章在异质性分析、数据合并、发表偏倚分析、敏感性分析4个方面存在不同程度的问题。Objectives To evaluate statistical methodology quality of Meta-analysis articles in 2006-2010trom the Chi- nese Medical Association Journal database published. Methods Searching the Meta-analysis related articles in Chinese Medical Association Journal database published from January 2006 to December 2010. Evaluate the statistical meth- odology quality of Meta-analysis articles according to entries of the methodological quality of the evaluation of Meta- analysis. Results A total of 71 journals, 214 literatures were included. 86.61% articles correctly using heterogenei- ty test, but only 54.62~ of the articles have explained the reasons 60 （28.04%） articles had been merged unrea- sonable, 19 （8.88 %） could t determine whether it was reasonably based on existing information; 90 （42.06%） had no publication bias test, 109 （50.93%）had no sensitivity analysis. Multiple correspondence analysis showed that： rtot funded, selected from the hospital and less papers included Meta-analysis were prone to statistical problems, no publication bias test and ignoring the sensitivity analysis. Conclusions Room still exists for improving the methodo- logical quality of domestic Meta-analysis related articles.
