摘　　要：通过中国知网期刊信息查询和学校科研统计资料梳理,对浙江电大校本部2009-2011年发表学术论文的期刊类别、论文著作者合作度、论文研究的学科方向和研究层次及基金资助等情况进行统计分析,并提出相关思考建议,为凝练学科研究方向和建设研究团队制定更加充分有效的激励和管理方法提供依据。Through referring to some information of the CNKI and summarizing the staff＇s research statistics in Zhejiang Radio and Television University and its subordinate bodies. Vertically and horizontally, this paper systematically compares and analyses, the overall status of the research papers presented in Zhejiang area. What is more, it analyses the situation of the papers issued during the periods from 2009 to 2011 containing the journal categories, the cooperation＇s degree among the writers, the discipline directions of the papers, the study levels and the funds. After knowing about the present situation, this paper continues to put forward relevant suggestions as the basis for making stimulating and managing systems more efficiently by concising disiciplines＂ directions and building the study teams.
