摘 要:常规逆变焊机的大量使用会引起谐波污染电网,并导致功率因数降低。随着相关谐波限制标准的出台和实施以及人们对电网污染认识的不断加深,对逆变焊机进行功率因数校正、抑制谐波产生势在必行。文中提出了一种基于直接电流控制双PWM焊接电源,通过仿真证明可有效提高功率因数并抑制网侧电流谐波。The wide use of conventional welding inverter can cause the harmonic pollution in power grid and can reduce the power factor. More and more standards about suppressing harmonic have been issued and implemented. Power grid pollution is getting more and more noticeable. So correcting the power factor of the welding inverter and suppressing the harmonic must be enforced. Here the dual PWM welding power source based on the direct current control is proposed. Through analysing the operation process of simulation system, the dual PWM welding power source can effectively improve the power factor and suppress the current harmonic from the power grid.
