摘　　要：社会主义核心价值体系建设体现了我们党在建设中国特色社会主义实践中的价值自觉。社会主义核心价值体系作为社会主义的立国价值其立论缘由是在特定问题处境中产生的,从全球化境遇中我国意识形态安全面临新挑战,社会转型期巩固国民信仰遇到新课题,中国特色社会主义发展遇到新诉求,多元文化冲突中主导价值认同遇到新冲击四大问题处境入手,是明确社会主义核心价值体系建设时代意蕴的关键。The construction of socialist core value system reflects the value consciousness of Chinese Communist Party in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The value system of socialist core as the socialist statehood value is in the specific problem situation. In view of globalization situation the ideology security faced new challenge, social transformation period consolidation national belief encountered new topics, China features socialist development encountered new demands, multi culture conflict in the led value identity encountered new impact four problem situation start, it is implication key for socialist core value system construction era
