中外高等教育人才培养公平实现之比较

摘　　要：我国与欧美发达国家的高等教育在人才培养的公平实现方面进行比较,虽然可以看到我国近些年来的迅速进步,但是我国的高等教育公平实现,无论从教育起点公平、教育过程公平和教育效果公平方面都还存在着明显差距。通过上述三方面的比较,我们可以从欧美发达国家的教育公平实现中获得不少的启示和教益。The comparison of realization of equity higher education in the field of training talents in China and in Euro-American countries there are existed some gaps in the field of fairness of schooling starting point, schooling courses and educational effect although China made some fast result in the field of higher learning institution. By means of the three fields comparison we can obtain some revelation in the field of realization the fair of higher learning from the Euro-American developed countries.
