三网合一推动新业务开展和医疗新模式探索

摘　　要：网络是医院信息化平台的基础,计算机有线网络、计算机无线网络、语音电话网络的整合和融合(三网合一),能够消除网络板块孤岛,拓展信息传输的渠道,无缝共享医疗业务数据,有助于医院新业务的开展和医疗新模式的探索。中国医科大学附属盛京医院于2009年完成了三网合一的整合,并基于三网合一平台开展语音查房,医嘱分解与医嘱收费、执行分开,自反馈式管理等新业务和医疗管理新模式。Network acts as the base for hospital informatization platform,integration and fusion of computer cable network, computer wireless network and voice telephone network, which can eliminate web plate island, expand the channel for information transmission, share seamless medical business data and benefit the development of new hospital business and exploration in new medical mode. In 2009, Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University completed the integration of the three nets. And basing on it, Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University practiced voice ward round,decomposition, fee collection and implementation of doctor＇ s advice, and new mode of medical management of feedback and others.
