半边莲的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究半边莲Lobelia chinensis的化学成分。方法用硅胶、MCI、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、制备液相等多种色谱技术进行化合物的分离纯化,并通过多种波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从半边莲95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了15个化合物,其中12个黄酮类化合物:槲皮素(1)、芦丁(2)、木犀草素(3)、芹菜素(4)、橙皮苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)、槲皮素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、穗花杉双黄酮(9)、柚皮素(10)、橙皮素(11)、泽兰黄酮(12);3个香豆素类化合物:5,7-二甲氧基香豆素(13)、异东莨菪素(14)、蒿属香豆素(15)。结论化合物6～12为首次从半边莲属植物中分离得到,化合物5、13、14为首次从半边莲中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the dried whole plant of Lobelia chinensis. Methods Column chromatography, such as silica gel, MCI, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, C18 reverse-phased silica gel columns, and preparative HPLC were used to isolate the compounds. Spectroscopic methods like MS, IH-NMR, and 13C-NMR were used to elucidate their structures. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of L. chinensis, including twelve flavonoids： quercetin （1）, rutin （2）, luteolin （3）, apigenin （4）, hesperidin （5）, quercetin-3-O-a-L-rhamnoside （6）, quercetin-3-O-a-L-rhamnoside （7）, quercetin-3- O-β-D-glucoside （8）, amentoflavone （9）, naringenin （10）, hesperetin （11）, and eupafolin （12）, and three coumarins： 5, 7- dimethoxy-coumarin （13）, isoscopoletin （14）, and scoparone （15）. Conclusion Compounds 6-12 are isolated from the plants in genus Lobelia L. for the first time, Compounds 5, 13, and 14 are isolated from L. chinensis for the first time.
