摘　　要：目的研究高山红景天Rhodiola sachalinensis干燥根及根茎的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱、中压柱色谱及半制备液相色谱等方法分离纯化;通过核磁共振谱、质谱等光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为没食子酸(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、红景天苷(3)、苯甲醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、苯乙醇-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、苯丙烯醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、(2E,4R)-4,7-二羟基-3,7-二甲基-2-烯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(高山红景天醇,7)、槲皮素(8)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、山柰酚(10)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(11)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(12)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(13)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(14)、小麦黄素(15)、3,5,7,5′-四羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮(柽柳亭,16)、草质素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(17)、草质素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(18)。结论化合物9、12、16为首次从红景天属植物中分离得到,化合物2、7、8、14、18为首次从本植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the roots and rhizomes ofRhodiola sachalinensis. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by repeated silica gel chromatography, medium pressure column chromatography, and semi-preparative liquid chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results Eighteen compounds were isolated and identified to be gallic acid （1）, p-hydroxybenzoic acid （2）, salidroside （3）, benzyl-O-β-D-glucopyranodide （4）, phenylethyl-8-O-β-D-glucopyranodide （5）, cinnamyl-β-D-glucopyranoside （6）, sachalinol （7）, quercetin （8）, quercetin-3-O-13-D-glucopyranoside （9）, kaempferol （10）, kaemferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside （11）, kaempferol- 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （12）, kaemnpferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside （13）, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside （14）, tricin （15）, tamarixetin （16）, herbacetin-7-O-α-L-rhanmoside （17）, and herbacetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-L- rhamnoside （18）. Conclusion Compounds 9, 12, and 16 are obtained from the plants in Rhodiola L. for the first time. Compounds 2, 7, 8, 14, and 18 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
