摘  要:通过对常规皂洗和超声波皂洗进行对比,探究了活性染料染色织物在超声波辅助条件下,皂洗温度、皂洗时间、皂粉用量、助剂用量对皂洗效果的影响.结果表明,不加皂洗助剂的超声波皂洗最佳工艺为:皂洗温度65℃,皂洗时间15min,皂粉用量4g/L;加皂洗助剂的超声波皂洗最佳工艺为:皂洗温度65℃,皂洗时间15min,皂粉用量2g/L,皂洗助剂1.5geL.该条件下,超声波皂洗牢度均能达到4~5级,高出常规皂洗条件皂洗牢度0.5级.Conventional soaping and ultrasonic soaping were compared. The effects of the soaping tem- perature and time, soap powder and auxiliary consumption on the soaping results of fabric dyed with reactive dyes were investigated under ultrasonic aided condition. The results showed that the optimal ultrasonic soap- ing technology without soaping assistant was: 65 ℃ of soaping temperature, 15 min of soaping time and 4 g/L of soap powder. The optimal ultrasonic soaping technology with soaping assistant was: 65 ℃ of soaping tem- perature, 15 rain of soaping time, 2 g/L of soap powder and 1.5 g/L of soaping assistant. Under the optimal ul- trasonic soaping conditions, the fastness could reach 4-5 level, which was 0.5 level higher than the conven- tional soaping.
