摘 要:为了比较竹炭改性涤纶纤维与普通涤纶纤维的基本性能,对涤纶纤维的表观形态、力学性能、摩擦性能、卷曲弹性、热学性能、导电性能等进行了试验名吉果表明,竹炭改性涤纶纤维的纵向有分布不均匀的黑色斑纹,截面形态为独特的凹凸蜂窝状微孔结构,并有明显的大小不均匀黑色斑点;竹炭改性涤纶纤维的回潮率为1.34%,是普通涤纶纤维的3.35倍;干、湿态下的断裂强度是普通涤纶纤维的63.7%-66.9%,断裂伸长率是普通涤纶纤维的2.72倍;干、湿态下的初始模量是普通涤纶纤维的69.6%-77.2%;在纤维与纤维、纤维与胶辊摩擦中,竹炭改性涤纶纤维的静态、动态摩擦因数均明显大于普通涤纶纤维;卷曲弹性回复率和残留卷曲率均大于普通涤纶纤维;熔点低于普通涤纶纤维10.1℃;质量比电阻明显低于普通涤纶纤维.In order to compare the basic properties of the bamboo charcoal modified polyester fibers and common polyester fibers, the surface morphology, mechanical properties, friction properties, crimp elasticity, thermal properties and electrical properties were tested. The results showed that there were uneven distribu- tion of black stripes on the longitudinal direction of bamboo charcoal modified polyester fibers, and the cross section of fibers present unique concave honeycomb microporous structure, and had obvious uneven size of black spots. The moisture regain of bamboo charcoal modified polyester fibers was 1.34%, which was 3.35 times of the ordinary polyester fibers. The breaking strength and initial modulus of modified polyester fibers un- der dry and wet condition were 63.7%-66.9% and 69.6%-77.2% of polyester fibers, and the breaking elonga- tion was 2.72 times of common polyester fibers. In the friction of fibers and fibers, fibers and rubber roller, the static friction and dynamic friction of bamboo charcoal modified polyester fibers were significantly greater than common polyester fibers. The crimp recovery rate and residual crimp rate were larger than polyester fi- bers. Melting point of modified polyester fibers was 10.1 ℃ lower than the general polyester fibers, and the mass specific resistance was also obviously lower.
