摘  要:文章针对在舰船舱室中测得的振动信号包含大量难以去除的非高斯有色噪声以及来自齿轮箱等设备的干扰振动信号,从而影响故障诊断的效果这一问题,提出了一种基于舰船轴频电场的主轴系故障诊断方法,使用该方法对实验数据进行处理,结果表明该方法能够成功诊断出主轴系的三种典型故障,并且在信噪比较低的情况下该方法依然有效。The vibration signals measured in the cabin always contain some non-Gauss colored noises and the disturbing vibration signals from the equipments such as gear case, and all these signals are difficult to avoid, so the fault diagnosis results will be affected. Aiming at the problem, a fault diagnosis method for principal shafting of ship based on the shaft-rate electric field is put forward to solve this problem, this method is applied to the experiment data, the results prove this method can diagnose three typical faults of the principal shafting successfully, and the method is also efficient when the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is low.
