摘　　要：以河南某高校单层大空间会议室结构抗震性能分析为例,按照《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011—2010)给定的算法,计算分析了该结构的抗震性能.采用有限元分析的方法研究其应力大小及梁柱的连接方式对应力的影响,并对以上两种算法的计算结果进行对比,所得的结论可以供该类型结构的设计及旧房加固改造参考.In this paper, a large space conference room structure was calculated in order to check whether the seismic performance meets the requirements under code for seismic design of buildings （GB50011-2010）. FEA is used for the calculation such as the impact of the beam and column connection to stress distribution and the actual stress distribution. According to the comparison of the above two results, we can provide advice for housing design and existing home reinforcement.
