摘  要:报道了一种新型优质有机倍频材料———苯基脲并对其进行了初步研究 .苯基脲具有很强的二阶非线性光学效应 ,其粉末二次谐波产生效率为尿素的 11倍 ;截止吸收波长为λcut off=2 90nm ,有很宽的透光波段 ;抗光损伤实验表明 ,苯基脲具有较高的抗光损伤阈值 ;并且晶体生长习性良好 .计算分析了苯基脲的微观二阶非线性光学性质 .A new kind of second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) material——phenylurea is reported in this paper. A primary study was carried out and the results revealed that phenylurea had fairly strong nonlinearity, its powder second harmonic generation efficiency was 11 times larger than that of urea. The solid cut\|off wavelength λ cut\|off =290?nm, which is very short compared with other organic second\|order NLO materials. The experimental results also showed that phenylurea had high laser damage threshold and good characteristic of crystal growth. Furthermore, We have calculated its molecular second\|order hyperpolarizability β and analyzed its microscopic nonlinear properties.
